French President Hollande to Spend 6 Hours in Yaounde

The French President François Hollande will pay a state visit to Cameroon tomorrow Friday July 03, 2015. He will spend six and half hours in Yaounde.

Here's the program of the French President's visit.

4.50pm - Touchdown of the special plane carrying the President of the French Republic.

             - Welcome by H.E the President of the Republic of Cameroon.

             - Military honours

             - Presentation of Dignitaries

             - Brief stop at the VIP Lounge

5.05pm - Departure of both Heads of State from the VIP Lounge for Unity Palace

5.45pm - Arrival at Unity Palace

5.50pm - Private discussion between the two Heads of State 

             - In parallel:

                *  Meeting between Cameroonian and French Members of Parliament at Unity Palace;

                *  Meeting between Cameroonian and French business leaders at Unity Palace

6.50pm  - End of discussion

              - Signing of agreements

7.00pm  - Joint statement to the Press

7.15pm  - State dinner offered at Unity Palace by His Excellency the President of the Republic and    Mrs  Chantal Biya in honor of His Excellency François Hollande,President of the French Republic

8.30pm  - End of State dinner

              - Departure of the President of the French Republic from Unity Palace for Résidence de   

                France

10.40pm - Departure of the President of the French Republic from Résidence de France for the                

                 Yaounde-Nsimalen International Airport

11-00pm - Arrival of the President of the French Republic at the Yaounde-Nsimalen International
