Three men carrying a bag of explosives have been arrested in Maroua, by the police. The young men
aged about 20, had come in from Guirvidig, Mayo Danay Division, Far North. Cameroon Tribune reports that they were arrested yesterday July 30, 2015, upon entering the town of Maroua, thanks to a tip-off by an informant. They are currently in detention, while experts of he Rapid Intervention Brigade (BIR), are examining the contents of the bag, to determine the nature of explosives.
