The winner of the Miss FESPAM (Pan African Festival of Music) 2015, is 23 year old Hyllen Legre, Cote d'Ivoire's representative at the competition. Miss Gabon (Christine Pitty) and Miss Guinea (Mama Haissata Diallo), were first and second runner-up respectively.
Miss Cameroon 2015, Jessica Ngoua Nseme, who was one of the 12 candidates at the Pan African beauty pageant lost out, coming in last but one position.
Here's what she told her fans on her Facebook page...
"Bonsoir à tous. Le concours Miss Fespam est terminé. J’aurai tellement voulu vous ramener la couronne"
"Hello everyone. The Miss FESPAM Pageant is over. I would really have loved to bring back the crown".
Concerning her not so flattering position of last but one, she says,
"Le Fespam est un concours panafricain. Il y a qu’un seul tour d’élimination. On ne disqualifie aucune candidate. On donne le nom de la Miss et ses trois dauphines, sans plus. Il n’y a pas de classement général". (abeg make some person helep me translate dis one...lol)
She equally congratulated the new FESPAM Queen.
