100,000 So Far Apply For 3500 Places Into Cameroon Public Service

Its no surprise to anyone that there has been a huge response to the recruitment drive by the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform, for 3500 young Cameroonians into the Customs, Health, Youth and Sports sectors.

 Reports say as many as 100,000 young Cameroonians have applied so far, from October 15, 2014, when the recruitment was launched, and will continue to do so, up until the deadline expiring this month. 
The direct recruitment into Categories C & D, is for candidates aged 17 to 29,  and Categories A & B, is for candidates aged 17 to 34. 
The recruitment also targets candidates seeking entry into professional schools such as the National Institute Of Youth And Sports, and several Intitutions.

Candidates can drop their files at the ministry of Public Service and Admistrative Reform in Yaounde, or any of the 10 regional delegations.

The government should rather try and seek private investment and ask parliament "that they own" pass tax laws that are friendly to companies and especially medium size start ups. Rather than launching some stupid,bribe taking and useless exams!
