Presbyterian Church In Cameroon Turns 57

                               P.C.C Moderator, a C.W.F & C.M.F Member

I dey church oh, so guys please bear with me as I no fit blog much today.
Anyway, the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon, the P.C.C (my church), is 57 years old today. Around this same time in 1957, the Basel Mission of Switzerland granted autonomy to the local Church, which became known as the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon.

In 57 years, the church has grown in leaps and bounds. Numerically, the Christians of the P.C.C, can be counted in terms of millions today, as opposed to thousands in the yesteryears. The church has also contributed to filling the void in several sectors, such as health as education.
This years celebration is special as the church bids farewell to its Moderator, the Right Reverend Dr. Festus Asana, who retires at the end of his 5 year mandate. The elections into the highest office of the P.C.C will thus take place on November 25th 2014, in Bamenda.
