Third and Final Session Of Cameroon's Parliament For 2014 is Underway



The Solemn opeining ceremony of third and final session at the senate just ended a few minutes ago, 4pm to be precise. The Senators, who were mostly dressed in black, observed a minute of silence for their departed colleague, Senator Francis Nkwain, who will be buried this weekend ,as well as in the memory of the late Mayor of Bangou and mother in law of the Head of State and for soldiers who died at the war front against Boko Haram. 
The President of the Senate, Marcel Niat Njifenji, in his opening speech called on all senators to work in the interest of all citizens.
Present at the solemn opening were the Prime Minister and Head of Government, Philemon Yang, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, amongst other dignitaries. 
This third session is dedicated to the defense and adoption of the 2015 budget.
The solemn opening for Members of the National Assembly, took place earlier today.

Hahaha,this country will never stop amazing me. It's ok to respect the passing of Senato Bochong Nkwain. He was thier own. The mayor of Bangou?,fallen soldiers? Laughable! Is this the first time a mayor dies or soldiers killed before parliament opens and did they offer any second of prayers. Am sure God doesn't need thier stinky prayers! Infact,I might just not read this bloc or comment
