Jules Nyongha Joins Race To FECAFOOT Presidency

                                                      Jules Nyongha

If the regional elections were anything to go by, then the FECAFOOT general elections slated for November 29, promises to be nothing short of electrifying.
The latest man to declare his intention to run as candidate for President, is Jules Frederick Nyongha, former Indomitable Lions Head Coach.
He has had three spells in charge of the National team, from 1992-1993, then 1994-1996, and also in 2007.
Jules Nyongha held a press conference in Yaounde yesterday November 13, to make known his aspirations. He has lofty goals, as he is promising infrastructual changes, i.e, construct several stadiums across the country, as well as structural changes within the federation.
Just like Joseph Antoine Bell, he is equally promising to pay ample attention to youth and women's football, and introduce unexplored categories like Beach Soccer.
It should be recalled that several candidates have shown interest in the coveted post of FECAFOOT, namely, Joseph Antoine Bell, Eboa Elame Mikado, Veteran journalist, who was given a very hard time at the Littoral regional elections, and had to flee the premises at one point after being chased by violent opponents (Weh! Dem no di respect old age for football? lol ), Penne Robert, and former president of the Center league, Luc Assamba.
The last date for the reception of files for the post, is next week monday, and then, the die is cast.
