World's Most Titled Duchess And Famous For Plastic Surgeries Has Died




Spain’s flamboyant Duchess of Alba has died aged 88 after a short bout of pneumonia, the mayor of Seville has said.
Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart is Spain's most titled aristocrat is a descendant of Churchill and King James II. She is the world's most titled person according to Guinness Book of Records (she had more titles recognized by an existing government than any other noble in the world), has died at the age of 88.
Worth about $2billion,she died today Thursday November 20th from pneumonia in her home, a 16th-century palace in Seville, with her children and husband at her side.



The three-times married mother of 6 became popular worldwide after plastic surgery dramatically changed her look. She was survived by her last husband, her six children, and nine grandchildren. The duchess equally became famous around the world in 2011, when she married Alfonso Diez, a civil servant 25 years her junior.
Born in Madrid on 28 March 1926, her full name was Maria del Rosario Cayetana Alfonsa Victoria Eugenia Francisca Fitz-James-Stuart y de Silva .

Her body will lie in state in the Andalusian capital, Spanish media reports.
