Bedroom Confessions Monday

Men..e no easy for maintain shape oh. It's hardddd work, especially when you've got young kids to care for, and a home to run. There's not much time for gym,or sports. But all the same I agree that it's very neccesary to find that time to take care of yourself and stay in shape.

Anyways, do you guys have advice for this guy?
   

"I love my wife but after 2 kids (love my boys) my wife went from 65kg to 100kg and she's 1m50 tall. Every time I see her it makes me angry because I constantly supported her and tried to get her to eat healthy while pregnant. I can't even stand the sight of her, talkless of make love to her. But I don't want to hurt her feelings. How to I get her to change and become the woman she used to be?"

In addition to regular excercises, the woman in question can try the folowing home remedies:
1. Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is one of the best home remedies for fighting obesity. It helps improve digestion and aids in detoxification. Healthy digestion is an essential pre-requisite for weight loss as it helps your body get the nutrients required to burn fat. Furthermore, it helps remove toxins from your body that slow down your metabolism.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. (If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon.)
Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.
Do this daily for at least three months.

Alternatively, you can simply have a cup of warm water mixed with a teaspoon of lemon juice.
2. Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is useful in treating obesity because it stimulates the metabolism, increases energy consumption, and mobilizes unused fat in the body. It contains natural collagen proteins that make the body work harder in order to absorb the proteins. In addition, it helps remove toxins from the digestive system and colon.

Take two fresh aloe vera leaves, peel them, and scoop out the pulp.
Put it in a blender along with one cup of citrus juice, such as orange or grapefruit juice, or simply water. Blend it for two to three minutes.
Drink this daily for at least a month.

The husband needs to love her spirit first. He should also pray about it, cos God can address this problem as well. But this doesn't rule out that she needs to work on her physique as well.

U better tell her how u feel but in the most loving way. u r in dat relationship with her so u better assist her as she takes Maika's prescribed steps and more.

Let her eat one meal per day and drink water only when she is thirsty. But you have to let her know about the way you feel, that might motivate her to start working on her body.
