With the Boko Haram menace looming over the sub region, the stakes are cerainly high for the Heads of State and Government of the Central African Sub Region who are meeting this morning in Yaounde for the Extraordinary Summit of the Council For Peace and Security in Central Africa (COPAX).
Also in attendance are the representative of the UN Secretary General, and other African heads of state from beyond the Central African Sub Region.
The Summit will end with a declaration by the Heads of State
