Its about time teachers recruited as soon as they finish the training course. They spend efforts, time and money to do the teaching course only to finish and start wandering around. Some of us waited until we gave up on teaching and looked for other means of survival. Many of my classmates on went on into nursing after waiting ages for recruitment. Really frustrating

I really don't know when the Biya gov't will get it right. Unless they remove the constraints involve in getting a licence to do business in Cameroon, the rate of employment will always be high. I have never seen a gov't that wants to be the main employer in a country. Could you imagine that as a cameroonian, I was on able to get a licence to set a company in cameroon and when I try to set up teh same company here in Canada, I got Financial support from both teh federal and provincial gov't. and the company is doing perfectly well here... just so that we know the extend to which the Biya gov't is preventing Cmaeroonians from investing back home. I really don't know the reason for this, but I think Cameroonians have todo something to end this...
