Cameroon info net is reporting that a lady in her 30's was intercepted at the Douala International Airport, when a scanner revealed that she was carrying something "abnormal" in her bra. The woman
who wasn't named, is reported to have been getting ready to board her Kenya Airways flight, when the package was discovered.
She was then subjected to a profound body search, where it was revealed that she was carrying a huge amount of currency in her bra, close to 55 million CFA frs.
A police source who spoke to Cameroon info net, stated that taking out or bringing in huge amounts of foreign currency into the country, without declaring it to customs, is as every punishable offense.
The said lady is currently in detention at the Douala International Airport Police Station.

the point in question is that she didn't declare it. With a minimum of one million you have to declare. She has to have either travelers cheque if she is concerned about the safety of the money. Well so detectors dey Douala airport. merde! was it the first time she is traveling?
