One word which describes these two Cameroonian rappers.
Stanley Ebai Enow, made history last year, for being the first Cameroonian to be nominated and WIN the prestigious MTV Africa Music Award in the 'Best New Act' category. The Award winning rapper is also now a Guinness #Madeofblack ambassador.
Best known for dropping the 2013 monster hit "Hein Pere" (prompting Trace TV to label him "African music Revelation of the Year."), Stanley Enow has gone on to release successful singles like "TumbuBoss" and a music video for "Njama Njama Cow", collaborating with Ghana's finest, Sarkodie.
Jovi, aka ‘Le Monstre’, aka Ndukong Godlove Nfor, is one prominent Cameroonian rapper constantly compared to Stanley Enow. Their roller coaster blend of pidgin, English and French rap, puts both artists in the same league.
Best known for his single "Cash" whose catch phrase "Met L'Argent a Terre" is on the lips on many young Cameroonians, the University of Soa graduate in Economics and Business Management, is certainly a force to reckon with, in the Cameroon music industry. His hit song “Don 4 Kwat” received heavy airplay on Trace TV and Channel O, his second single, “Pitié” featuring Tabu Ley Rochereau, stayed on the charts for months on pan-African BBC’s Destination Africa hosted by DJ Edu, staying in the top 5 at its peak.
The rumor mill has been buzzing about these two having an ongoing feud, a recent tweet by Stanley Enow looked like he was throwing shade at Jovi even though no names were mentioned.
That is not my interest for today. What I'd like to know is where your pendulum swings, regarding these two gifted artists?

But I'd choose Jovi, cos his lyrics actually carry a social message, n are not empty catch phrases

I love them both cause they each have their place! One is business savvy and knows the art of an entertainer and the other is a lyricist and artist.
I hate Stanley E's music but I enjoy his business savvy. Jovi on the other hand is an artist before anything else. Both would do better if they borrowed from each other.

Standley is a toddler compared to a fully grown man Jovi. Standley is noisy and says nothing. Jovi is compose and makes a lot if sense in what he says. His messages are quite clear to me. On the other hand, Standley says nothing and keeps talking bullshit, mami Sarah, papa Sarah. Standley is a lucky dude. Kind if agree with Queenie Favoured.
I have really taken my time to listen to the both rappers and what i realized was that jovi is the Cameroonian best and if what i plan to be in life work and i enter the music industry , the first rapper that i will love to collaborate with is jovi not that i cannot collaborate with Stanley enow but if i,m to collaborate with Stanley it will only be about the fame JOVI IS MY FAVOURITE FOR LIFE PAPA NA YOU ONE DEY.
