This new venture is huge for him. The artist wrote the song featured on the commercial for Apple's iPhone 6, currently being aired internationally. The song "kiki" from his "Ako" album (2015), runs for 15 seconds. The advert is a short video taken on an Apple iPhone 6, which shows a group of boys playing a ball game on the beach in Chennai, India. The sun clears away the clouds as it highlights the figures' silhouettes in what has been rendered a very scenic shot.
Blick Bassy's song plays in the background. The song is in the Bassa language and the artist says it tells the story of the African society, the way it used to be, everyone being everyone's keeper.
