Breaking: OMG! Anne Nsang Is Dead

OMG, OMG, This is so heart-breaking. The iconic Cameroonian journalist Anne Nkwain Nsang, is dead. Barely weeks after she lost her father, Senator Francis Nkwain,  Mrs. Anne Nsang died aboard a flight back to the U.S. She was returning after her father's funeral to the U.S where she had been receiving treatment for lung cancer. She had been sick for a while.
Can't believe that I am writing this, that the legendary presenter of 'Women and Development' on Crtv in the 90's, is no more.
She was currently working at the United Nations Information Center as National Information Officer.

She was such a talented journalist and a dynamic woman...remember seeing her close up in the nineties when she came to Kumba reporting during the funeral of Madam Beseka, a secretary to Mafani Musonge. She had such class. Well, it is the way of all the earth. We pray comfort and grace for her entire family during this double demise.

These are moments to look inwards. When such an icon falls, we ought to know death won't respect us either. The questions are:
1. whether we will leave a legacy like Mama Anne did, or just buildings and cars;
2. whether we will comfortably sing "Rock of ages Let me hide myself in thee" as she is singing now, or we'll say like the fools in Noah's day "Lord I now believe" when it'll be too late.

Gracious woman when I saw your name Anne Nsang. I wasn't sure.. but I said this name reminds me of a beautiful and gracious journalist. Google became my friend and I scream out loud. If I had seen the name Nkwain earlier on. I would have recalled.
While watching you back in the days. I remember conversations that you were Daddy's beloved daughter.
