Cameroon National Assembly Passes The New Law Prescribing Death Penalty For Terrorism

    

The National Assembly has voted into law the bill providing the ultimate penalty, the death penalty, for anyone who personally, in complicity or under coercion, commits a terrorist act.
Read More about it Here . The bill was adopted late this evening, Thursday December 4, 2014.

Meanwhile, Government Ministers have finished defending their budgets, bringing to an end, the budgetary defence at the National Assembly.
The country now awaits the voting of the 2015 state budget.

Ermmm...AchuD, which side of the fence are u on? First u said terrorism is extreme and needs to be dealt with accordingly. Now u say this law sounds scary

I did, but thinking further about it, I just hope it will be limited to those involved in terrorism.

Even if it is limited to those involved in terrorism it is still very extreme. Life imprisonment yes but...Good Lord!!!
