The Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation, Rene Emmanuel Sadi, will chair deliberations at the 2nd Semester Conference for Cameroon's 10 Regional Governors. The Conference opens in Yaounde this morning at 10am. The Governors will be reflecting on the security and socio-economic challenges in the country today.
