Tragedy: Nathaly's body was found after Hernandez took the baby to hospital claiming it was stillborn

A teenage girl has been accused of killing a pregnant young woman and cutting her unborn baby from her womb because she regretted aborting her own child.
Nathaly Cartas Leon, 20, was searching for nursery items on Facebook when she came into contact with Guadalupe Salinas Hernandez, 17.
After chatting online, eight-months pregnant Nathaly went to Hernandez's house to meet the teenager.
But Hernandez is said to have attacked her as soon as she walked in, hitting her over the head with a blunt instrument and stabbing her several times.She died instantly and her child was then apparently cut from her womb.
The horrific killing which happened in the city of Reynosa, in the north-eastern Mexican state of Tamaulipas, has left the country in a state of shock.
Doctors quickly realised that she was not the mother of the child, as she claimed.
Although Nathaly had been reported missing, it was only when Hernandez turned up in hospital claiming the baby stillborn that her alleged involvement came to light.
They could also tell that the baby had not died of natural causes, but that it had suffocated in the womb after the death of its mother.
Hernandez was interviewed by police, who said she confessed the baby belonged to a woman she had killed days earlier.
Officers later discovered the mutilated body at her home.
She had been in a relationship, but when she fell pregnant she opted to have an abortion.
