A Presidential Decree, after yesterday's meeting of the Higher Judicial Council, has appointed new Magistrates at the helm of the Supreme Court.
Daniel Sone Mekobe, former Advisor at the Supreme Court, is now the new 1st President of the Supreme Court. He replaces Alexis Dipanda Mouelle, who held that position for 25 years.

Dipanda Mouelle has also been replaced as President of the Judicial Bench by Bisseck Dagobert.

Andre Belombe is the new President of the Administrative Bench, replacing Clement Atangana ( going on retirement).

Luc Ndjodo becomes the new Procureur General at the Supreme Court, he takes over from Martin Rissouck a Moulong (also going on retirement).

17 Advisers were equally appointed, a new 1st Advocate General, George's Mbengue, and 4 Advocate Generals Ngatcha Isaiah, Jacques Frederick Tchalle II, Alfred Souffosi, and Ayah Paul.

It should be noted that rumors of his election at the helm of the SCNC have trailed Ayah Paul, this week.
