Women should not focus more on the fabric but on their plight and rights.
As far as I'm concerned, this women's day wrapper is just a money making venture for a few people, a waste of time and energy, diverting attention from the real issues women should be discussing, source of family conflict in some low-income families when the man can not or will nt buy the fabric, free pass for some loose women to drink, get drunk and cheat on their partners...need I go on?

It should be scrapped
The purpose of uniform is defeated. Uniforms in most cases are introduced to bridge the social gap so that everyone feel equal. But the ridiculous price of the fabric makes it hard for the masses to afford and even when they struggle and buy it thet still have to buy new ones every year because they keep changing and and reintroducing new ones. I can't buy it. Never bought it anyway.
