North West traditional rulers have been quick to dispel rumours of the existence of the terrorist sect Boko Haram in the North West region. A delegation of 5 North West Fons led by the president of their Fons Union, Fon Techie Njei, yesterday in Yaounde, paid a courtesy call on Senate President Marcel Niat Njifenji, to affirm this stance.

Were these "Fons" at the senate to really say there is no boko haram sect in the North west or they were there for a political purpose
