Samuel Fonkam (not the one you know in ELECAM) is said to have loaned the journalist money on account of his father being sick. The money was supposed to have been paid back at the end of that month. One year five months after, no show. After failing to recover the money having used several persuasive means, Samuel Fonkam is said to have filed a complaint on October 9 this year, through a lawyer in Douala.
