If this isn't true love, then I don't know what is. Kate Namanda pictured above is married to Godfrey Baguma since 2013. The 30 year old lady married Godfrey despite his rare, unknown medical condition, and bore his 6th baby, a girl, earlier this week.

They started dating since 2008, she lived with him for four years before her family ever got to meet him. She left him briefly for a two-month period, but returned, and they've been together ever since.
This is Godfrey's second marriage, he has 2 children with the first wife, whom he divorced after he caught her cheating.
