Ugandan Maid Who Beat Up Baby Sentenced to 4 Years In Prison

      
This story really serves as a lesson to families. Its not easy, but heads of homes, especially moms, should make it a point to treat those who care for their kids, as fairly as they can. The Ugandan maid who was secretly filmed beating, kicking and stepping on a one and half year old baby, has been sentenced to 4 years in prison for assault on a child.
22 year old Jolly Tumuhiirwe was sentenced this morning in a Kampala high court after pleading guilty to the crime of assault last week.
The court dropped charges of torture which would have given her at least 10 years in prison.

    She got away with murder. The poor toddler is lucky not to have any life threatening injury. No child should go through that.
